Pro-Cut Tree Services are Melbourne's Premier Tree Management company specialising in domestic tree care across greater Metropolitan Melbourne.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated person to join Pro-Cut to undertake the role of administration trainee.

You will work within the front of house team, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, to provide Administration support including:

• Support the business through efficient use of various software.
• Provide high quality customer service over the phone.
• Management of emails and other enquiries.
• Arrange and maintain document management system.
• Ensure timelines for workflows and KPIs are met.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

This is a fulltime, Monday to Friday 9-5pm, 100% onsite role based in Kilsyth South.
