    Your Role

    As a Sales Support Representative, you will be making outbound calls to current Dulux account holders. You will be looking to establish connections, gain understanding, and qualify the current customer partnership to identify growth and improvement opportunities within these accounts.

    You will be representing one of Australia's most trusted brands, working as part of a larger team, and receiving coaching, development, and mentoring to help you grow your career. These roles have pathway opportunities into other sales and business-related functions.

    • Lead customer contact for increased understanding of Dulux Trade account holders
    • Ensure outbound call completion for daily/weekly assigned requirements
    • Manage and update customer key information within CRM database
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints

    Skills & Experience

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability and confidence to ask open questions and seek deeper customer insights
    • Strong listening skills with curious intent and an empathetic approach
    • Comfortable conducting entry-level sales conversations
    • Previous sales or customer service experience
