- Manage a team of paraplanners, overseeing workflow and day-to-day operations.
- Act as an escalation point for paraplanners and assist with complex cases.
- Handle onboarding and training of new paraplanners, and ongoing development of existing staff.
- Extensive experience in parapllanning, including writing Statements Of Advice (SOA).
- A strong understanding of financial planning compliance regulations.
- Experience managing teams, maintaining/updating SOA templates, Xplan experience preferred.
