    The Role:

    • Managing a portfolio of 180 properties
    • Looking after landlords and tenants
    • Repairs and maintenance
    • NCAT
    • Outgoing inspections
    • No Leasing required
    • Property management admin, leasing & accounts for support
    • Number 1 brand in the industry
    • Great team environment, social events & continual development training
    • WFH flexibility – 1 day after probation

    The Candidate:

    • Must have Property Management experience
    • Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration/ Licence
    • Highly organised, lead by example & able to work autonomously
    • High attention to detail & high level of customer service
    • A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
    • The ability to build & maintain new relationships
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
