    About the role

    The role of the Senior Control Systems Engineer is responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Provide input and be responsible for the production of Project Documentation (Design Reports, Drawings, Programs, Quality Plans, Project Document Management Plans, etc); Review design outputs to ensure compliance with the project requirements;
  • Monitor and control design costs within budget and liaise with management in relation to any design changes;
  • Endeavour to ensure that the design is executed such that the cost of the related constructed items, are within the project budget and minimise design rework;

    • About You

  • 4 year degree qualification to Bachelor status in engineering (or equivalent industry experience in the absence of a degree)
  • Experience with configuring control system including PLC and the HMI/SCADA system
  • Experience with interfacing protocols like Ethernet, ControlNet between PLC systems, SCADA Databases, and SCADA HMI.
  • 7 years+ experience in the industry (in infrastructure, technology or related market verticals)
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
