    • Seeking a hard hitter, driven & proactive experienced BDM or PM

    Our client is a reputable boutique Commercial agency seeking an experienced Commercial Sales & Leasing agent to join their ranks
    You will be undertaking the end-to-end sales and leasing process. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants. In return, you will be rewarded with a very attractive base + commission package, as well as the opportunity to take up a leadership position.

    The Role

    • Maintaining and updating the database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
    • Creating property leasing submissions that effectively showcase available listings.
    • Coordinating the distribution of monthly emails, tenant requirements, and quarterly newsletters as directed.
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for landlords in most cases, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Negotiating leasing and sales transactions with landlords and tenants.
    • Providing instructions and liaising with solicitors to finalize lease and sales documentation.
    • Responding to customer phone & email enquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.
    • Conducting property inspections with tenants and buyers as needed.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Full Real Estate Licence.
    • A polished and professional demeanor.
    • Strong negotiation and financial skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Previous experience in commercial leasing, property management; experienced residential candidates will also be considered.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • A collaborative team player comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
