Take the next step in your Real Estate sales career today We are currently recruiting Sales Associates to work with leading agencies across Sydney's famous Eastern Suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and assist in selling the most exclusive luxury properties in Australia.

    The Role:

    • Returning with email & phone inquiries
    • Shadow the best agents in the Eastern Suburbs
    • Callbacks after open for inspections
    • Database Calls - Warm leads
    • Prospecting for new listings - Cold Calls, Door Knocking, Letter Box Drops
    • Attending Open Homes, Property Photo Shoots & Pest & Building Inspections
    • Shadowing the Agent at Market Appraisals and Listing Presentations

    Skills & Experience:

    The successful candidate must be determined and not afraid to make calls / get out there and be involved with the community. You must also display the following:

    • Previous experience in Real Estate is desired but not essential
    • Certificate of Registration and Car
    • Strong Communication Skills
    • Immaculate & Professional Presentation
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Self-motivation and desire to succeed
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
    • Flexibility to work weekends (time off in lieu during the week)
