We are the Oceania Region of C.H. Robinson's Global Forwarding Division, with offices in Australia and New Zealand. We bring together our team of experts to solve logistic challenges in our core services of Sea Freight, Air Freight, Domestic Freight and Customs Brokerage.

    The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing retention and driving growth within a portfolio of high profile, high value accounts.

    As the primary point of accountability, the KAM is responsible for customer advocacy, driving continuous improvement and collaborating to deliver on customer commitments, using their broad understanding of C.H. Robinson's (CHR's) industry leading modes, services, products, technology and people.

    Location:

    Mascot, Sydney office. A hybrid, flexible work arrangement applies.

    Preferred experience / qualifications:
    We are looking for motivated candidates who are looking to further their career in Freight Forwarding / Logistics and add value to C.H. Robinson Clients. To be successful in this role, it is expected you will have:

    • At least 5 years Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry experience
    • A demonstrable track record of customer relationship management
    • Commercial acumen and an understanding of supply chain and logistics business requirements
    • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
    • Intermediate-Advanced MS Office Skills
    • Able to travel domestically as required
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
