    About the Role

    We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Supply Chain.

    This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our international supply chain.
    Key Responsibilities
    Deliver high levels of external and internal customer/supplier satisfaction.
    Develop and implement supply chain strategies
    Manage and optimise the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
    Warehouse management of all facilities including compliance with Chain of Responsibility (COR).
    Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
    Order management, inbound and outbound transportation processes.
    Manage the weekly and monthly reporting against department KPI's, in line with business requirements.
    Bring transparency and best practices in end-to-end processes.

    Qualifications:
    University degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or relevant management experience.
    Sound knowledge and understanding of logistic and inventory management processes.
    Previous experience in a manufacturing based Supply Chain Management role.

    Skills and Attributes:
    Ability to manage people and continuous improvement projects.
    A dynamic performer with strong business acumen, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills.
    Ambitious personality with a long-term vision and excellent commercial, diplomatic, and negotiation skills.
    Availability for regular travel both domestically and internationally.
    Passion for manufacturing and Marine.
