    Description

    Blaxland Waste Facility Team Leaders are responsible for the organisation and management of day-to-day operational tasks including but not limited to, weighbridge operations, the small vehicle area, ensuring staff can successfully help customers navigate through the facility, waste stockpile management including movement of the council's bin trucks and different contractors on site, and overseeing landfilling operations including involvement in filling plans and road access plans.

    The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Construction Induction Card
  • Class HR License
  • Machine Tickets or willingness to obtain in the following:
  • Wheeled Loader
  • Tracked Loader
  • Backhoe Loader
  • Excavator
  • Forklift

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, complete standard forms, initiative to resolve problems and effectively lead a team.

    Remuneration: commencing at $71,691 gross per annum (+ super).
