    We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join one of Australia's leading agricultural suppliers based in Melbourne CBD on a temporary basis for 3 months, with the potential for extension. The current team are committed to providing personalised customer service and ensuring efficiency and consistency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain real-time knowledge of product availability and dispatch capacity.
    • Ensure all customers have access to the booking systems for timely booking and dispatch of product.
    • Clarify booking and load amendment processes for customers.
    • Set appropriate capacity and constraints in the booking systems for timely product delivery.
    • Respond promptly to customer problems and contribute to improving the customer experience.

    Key Qualities & Characteristics

    • Ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders.
    • Understand timing and mechanical processes of product dispatch.
    • Effectively communication with stakeholders regarding terminal dispatch capacity.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to problem solve and collaborate effectively.

    Key Requirements

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Previous customer service experience preferred, particularly in the agricultural industry.
    • Ability to problem solve and think quickly.
    • Quality Control experience is a plus.
