    About the company



    As the Administration Team Leader, you will report directly to the Home Manager and play a crucial role in overseeing the administration function.



    Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of the administration department while maintaining effective communication with the Home Manager. Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:

    • Responsible for a roster of 35 Aged Care staff – including sick/annual leave and correspondence with agencies
    • Effectively handle resident admissions, discharges and additional service deliveries
    • Ensure compliance with staff file management, including the onboarding and offboarding process
    • Ensuring of signing invoices and transferring them through to the accounts division
    • Managing timesheets are reflective of roster
    • Maintain strong communication with external service providers
    • Ensure compliance with administration audits and assist the business in adhering to policies
    • Managing one direct report
    • Other adhoc administrative tasks inline with the role


    Requirements/Skills

    • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
    • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively where required
    • Must be proactive, motivated, communicative
    • Previousrostering experience is essential
    • Must be able to work 5 days in office
    • Maintain a high attention to detail
    • The ability to prioritise and multitask
    • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing and competing demands
