Program Manager - Workday - $1350/day+ GST - 12 months

Company

This leading ASX listed financial services business has a strong brand presence and enjoys outstanding growth potential. They have a dynamic, high-performing culture that values teamwork and encourages progression internally and cross-functionally throughout the group. Due to an upcoming transformation, a Program Manager is required to work on a Workday implementation initially on a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities will include

• Managing the overall program organisation and establishment.
• Managing the development and implementation of program plans to meet objectives.
• Developing and embedding program governance and reporting framework to monitor implementation, progress and delivery of the transformation
• Managing project financials against budget and coordinating external funding opportunities.
• Providing effective leadership and people management and coordination of project staff.

Required Experience

• Must have proven success in leading business programs.
• Must have experience working with Workday.
• Must have experience working in Financial Services.
• HR transformation experience is desirable.
• Previous experience of working in a consultancy is highly desirable.
• Track record of delivering cross-functional transformation programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Process optimisation experience is also highly desirable.
• High-level time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple pieces of work according to their importance.
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner and the ability to communicate with both internal staff and onsite clients.
• Highly motivated, self-driven with a positive attitude.
