- Support one of the fastest growing digital teams at Cartology by handling day-to-day administration, including client briefing, media schedule creation, strategy recommendations and reporting.
- Keep the team informed of campaign progress, proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues.
- Manage data input across various platforms, including Salesforce and JIra, and assist the team in preparing for high-quality client meetings and brief responses.
- Provide critical support throughout the entire campaign workflow process, aiming to achieve revenue targets and drive repeat business.
- Ensure high levels of service and contribute to the growth of the digital arm of Cartology.
- Foster relationships with clients, internal teams, media agencies, and digital partners.
- Deliver comprehensive and accurate reporting to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
- Familiarity with media planning & building media schedules.

About the Role
As a Digital Account Executive, you will play a vital role in successfully managing the end-to-end process for digital media campaigns for a portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will encompass client service, digital advertising, data analysis, and stakeholder management. You will collaborate with the Cartology Digital Product team supporting them in various tasks related to client services, digital campaign strategy, reporting, and measurement solutions.
Key to success in this role is building trusted relationships with internal and external partners and ensuring the implementation of campaigns according to media plans will be crucial. Additionally, you will contribute to managing internal relationships and work cross-functionally with sales, campaign operations, and measurement teams to deliver valuable outcomes for clients.

About you
Ideally you will have two years of experience in digital media or a related field, with digital platforms experience including DV360 and YouTube campaigns, Facebook Advertising, BVOD, and overall digital media will have strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
