- Lead the creation of program technology roadmaps and strategies that align with the broader goals of the business and IT teams.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on technology solutions to support the program and the organisation's strategic goals.
- Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to other architects and technical resources.
- Ensure architecture decisions align with industry standards, best practices, business and regulatory requirements.
- Work with Project leads to ensure solutions meet overall Program and IT Architecture requirements
- Providing advice on solution development to align with architectural roadmaps
- Support development of IT required architectural documentation including those required for Architectural design and review meetings, Business cases, RFI and RFX documentation
- Key input into product and solution assessments to align with broader IT architecture principles.
- Engagement with IT architecture, security and strategy teams on behalf of the Program and specific projects for review and endorsement of solutions
- Understanding an organisation's business strategy, including the goals of various departments
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Lead Architect / Enterprise Architect roles with 2 years defining and implementing IT strategies.
- Extensive experience in technology design, implementation and strategy.
- Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.

The Enterprise Architect role will offer guidance across the program to ensure alignment in architecture and strategy across the projects within the program. Additionally, this role will serve as a vital link between the overarching scope, architecture, and strategy of the Program with our core IT team, the Enterprise PMO, and related business and technology projects. This ensures the establishment of a shared technology roadmap, comprehension of impacts and risks, and alignment on common goals, procedures, and outlooks.
With a broad remit, this role will provide guidance to project teams within the program to ensure solution alignment with the broader goals and requirements of the business and IT, encompassing technology, data, and security architecture.
