- Performing branch administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting & expenses.
- Maintaining our customer accounts and identifying opportunities.
- Assist customers with pricing and product queries.
- Processing counter sales and assisting our broader sales team.
- Maintaining safety processes within the branch.
- A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills.
- Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes.
- Current driver's license.
- Forklift licence or willing to obtain.
- Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook & the ability to learn new systems quickly.
