Casual Support Worker – NDIS Client (Melton Area)
Caring Hearts In-Home Help Pty Ltd is seeking a compassionate Casual Support Worker to assist an NDIS client requiring both mental health and physical support in the Melton area. Immediate start available.
About the Role
- Personal care assistance including showering and ADLs
- Community access support (appointments, activities, shopping)
- Meal preparation and light domestic assistance
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Support a wheelchair user with high falls risk
- Morning and afternoon shifts available across weekdays and weekends
- Opportunity for ongoing regular shifts based on suitability and client needs

Mandatory Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and/ or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Infection Control Training
- Car and driver's license
What We're Looking For
- Female support worker/nurse preferred
- Experience supporting clients with mental health and mobility needs
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR
- Manual handling experience highly regarded
- A compassionate, reliable nurse with strong clinical judgment
- Confidence in independent community nursing practice
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to safe, high-quality, person-centred care
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $37.00 – $47.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
