    We currently have an exciting part-time opportunity available to join our team in Mandurah. Reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager, you will operate in a collaborative environment, delivering a distinctive customer experience.

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

    • Manage enquiries to provide caring and personalised solutions for our customers
    • Complete Beyond Bank's Lending Accreditation program
    • Provide an exceptional experience for our customers
    • Be part of a knowledgeable and high achieving team
    • Manage all facets of our customer's financial requirements
    • Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers
    • Possess a team player attitude and perform general branch duties as part of your role
    • Engage and assist customers either face to face and/or via outbound calling to identify short, medium, long term needs and aspirations.

    • Experienced in customer service environment
