    Description

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to maintain and sustain our Treasury database environment, encompassing on-premises and cloud-hosted solutions.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the integrity and security of our database environment.
    • Ensure the successful delivery of DBA project objectives across multiple work packages.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business-as-usual operations.

    Key Skills and Experience:

    • Tertiary qualifications in ICT or a related field and/or equivalent experience as a database administrator (8+ years).
    • Proven expertise in administering SQL Server, including legacy versions and Azure cloud deployments.
    • Strong understanding of TSQL and PowerShell scripting.
    • Experience with high availability clusters and database migrations.
    • Proficiency in Commvault backup and restore processes.

    Working Arrangements:

    • On-site work at least 3 days a week.
    • Remote work arrangements also available.

    Security Clearance:

    • Baseline security clearance required.

    Duration:

    • Initial contract term: 12 months.
    • Extension terms available for up to 6 months each.
