    About the Role

    ">

    The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and organising trades on-site, implementing OHS and building standards, liaising with stakeholders, and delivering the project on-time and within budget.

    ">

    With 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager, you will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects exceeding $15m.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ">
    • Liaising and coordinating with trades, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols
      • ">
    • Implementing OHS and building standards to maintain a safe working environment
      • ">
    • Liaising with multiple stakeholders, including clients, sub-contractors, and office teams
      • ">
    • Conducting regular toolbox meetings to ensure clear communication and task allocation
      • ">
    • Delivering the project on-time, within budget, and to a high standard
      • ">

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will require:

    ">
    • 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager
      • ">
    • Relevant project experience and a strong understanding of OHS and building standards
      • ">
    • Experience delivering complex projects exceeding $15m
      • ">
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and delegate tasks effectively
      • ">
    • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
