    This senior role offers the opportunity to spearhead our Manly management team within a highly successful organization poised for further expansion

    Your dynamic team leadership will help you build and mentor a high-performing team to achieve critical strategic targets to continue strengthening and growing the business. This role will lead a dedicated team of hospitality professionals across restaurants, bars, functions, and events in our prominent Manly location.

    Essential requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of direct Restaurant & Bar experience
    • Minimum two years experience in a General Manager or Venue Manager role
    • Sound financial management with the ability to set and meet/exceed financial targets, including the confidence to analyze and assume the integrity of financial results.
    • Proven business development success and marketing experience
    • Budget development and oversight experience
    • Knowledge of hospitality-related legislation and compliance
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop management teams.
    • Experience in organizational effectiveness and implementing operations best practices.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • A demonstrated commitment to high professional, ethical standards and a diverse workplace
