Salary: $52.96 per hour + super
About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join their talented team.
As an integral member, you will be responsible for maintaining system and network monitoring/alerting applications, ensuring optimal performance across hybrid, on-premise, and cloud environments.
Additionally, you will collaborate with the Team Leader Infrastructure and Security and Information Services & Strategy to develop and implement business continuity strategies.
While primarily operating within business hours, you must be flexible to engage in occasional weekend and after-hours work for planned activities and critical incidents.
Your proactive approach will be instrumental in enhancing the council's ICT systems and processes to ensure seamless business continuity and disaster recovery.
