    The Opportunity

    A Senior Systems and Data Integrity Officer to join the Business and Systems Support team.

    As the Senior Systems and Data Integrity Officer you will provide advice to staff and external stakeholders on data quality and integrity matters. You will assist with the retrieval, maintenance and integrity of data, and will have responsibility for the input of data to on-line systems.

    You will make a key contribution to the development and maintenance of documentation to support licensing systems, and will undertake administrative duties to support client, motor vehicles and driver licensing activities as directed.

    There are currently four (4) permanent full-time opportunity.

    Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 12 months date of first appointment across the Department of Transport.

    • Provide high level advice and assistance on matters relating to data quality.
    • Effectively analyse and research data integrity issues and develop customer focused solutions.
    • Contribute to the identification of training needs for clients and other agency staff.
    • Advise management on possible violations of data base security and assist with investigations.
    • Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills across a range of internal and external stakeholders in a variety of contexts.
    • Demonstrate highly developed computer skills with a wide range of online systems.
    • Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and contributing to the achievement of team goals.
