    This is an exciting time to join Multiplex SA working on some great new construction projects in Adelaide

    As a part of the Multiplex Commercial team, you'll be given everything you need to outperform and take your career further. Assistant Contracts Administrators support the construction site commercial team with various activities such as procurement of labour/sub-contractor services, cash flow, profit maximization, variations, reporting, payments, processing and administration.

    With a keen interest in construction and finance, you will have qualifications in in Construction, Finance or a related discipline. We want someone who has worked in a fast-paced Administration role, has a can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and knows how to negotiate/influence. It is critical that to develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships with all our internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with construction projects is advantageous, but not essential – you'll quickly learn the lingo Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills are a must, as is high attention to detail and being able to think outside the box.
