    Description

    At Programmed Skilled Workforce, we are a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.

    We are currently recruiting for experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters to work on our client's site in Weipa, based on a 7:7 roster.

    The role involves FIFO travel from Cairns and provides accommodation and meals.

    Heavy Diesel Fitters will work 12.5 hour shifts.

    Requirements:

    • A trade certificate in HD Fitting is required.
    • A current driver's licence is mandatory.
    • Prior experience working on Caterpillar machinery is essential.
    • Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the mining industry.
    • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia is necessary.
    • Certification in risk management processes or willingness to obtain it is required.
    • Strong knowledge of and adherence to site safety rules and regulations is crucial for this role.
