    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven track record in the health industry to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes and a strong ability to manage projects from inception to completion.

    Key Responsibility

    • Lead end-to-end project management of digital transformation initiatives within the health industry, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and healthcare professionals to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
    • Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets effectively, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    Drive continuous improvement by analysing project outcomes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing best practices for future projects.

    Skills & Experience

    Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects, particularly in digital transformations within the health industry

    • Health Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations.
    • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
    • Budget and Resource Management: Experience in managing project budgets, allocating resources efficiently, and optimizing costs.
    • Change Management: Skilled in leading teams through change, promoting adoption of new technologies, and driving organizational transformation.
