    The Opportunity:

    Become a Customer Service Representative and take your customer service skills to the next level. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

    Main objectives:

    Service the needs of our broad customer base throughout the allocated region, predominantly major mining customers as well as large and medium sized contractors and construction companies in all parts sales and enquiries.

    Requirements:

    • Prior parts sales experience is highly regarded
    • Exemplary customer service meeting both customer and company expectations
    • Prior parts warehousing experience highly advantageous
    • Strong written and oral communication skills for front-line customer support
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Background in parts sales and mechanical aptitude highly valued
    • Hold a current driver's licence
