    At PwC, our People & Culture team plays a crucial role in helping our firm deliver exceptional value to our clients. Our Attraction and Engagement team within the Early Careers space is responsible for ensuring that we attract the best talent for our Early Careers Programs.

    As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking an experienced Attraction and Engagement Senior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top student talent through strategic liaisons with internal and external stakeholders.

    As an expert in Attraction and Engagement, you'll solve problems and make a real impact in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.

    In our Attraction and Engagement team, you'll:

    • Report to the Attraction & Engagement Manager within our Early Careers team
    • Develop collaborative and strong relationships with key influencers (business leads, student societies, universities, third party student suppliers)
    • Identify future campus recruitment needs by working closely with business partners
    • Work closely with the Employer Brand team to develop a digital go-to-market strategy that aligns with PwC's core values
    • Influence the student decision-making process by engaging with students in the market and hosting events that showcase PwC as an employer of choice
    • Increase the quality of applications that align with PwC's target audiences and improve the overall candidate experience
    • Develop and present pitches, reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
    • Organize and participate in virtual and office-based student recruitment events
    • Deepen the relationships that we have across the firm and with external students, societies and universities
    • Work across the firm to support and build relationships as a subject matter expert for your area of interest
    Who you are
    • You have experience in campus attraction, recruitment and/or event management
    • You're passionate and enthusiastic about improving the candidate experience and helping them navigate a career pathway within PwC
    • You're able to develop a deep understanding of our business, strategy and future talent needs
    • You have strong communication skills and can deliver key messages during campaigns
    • You're able to work in a large and complex business environment, manage projects, build relationships and influence change
