About the RoleReporting to the SeniorConsultant:
Organisational Development, you will be a key member of the People and Organisational Development (POD) team, and directly contribute to the delivery of our people strategy through comprehensive Organisational Development (OD) initiatives.
You will partner with people from across the University and increase organisational capability in areas including organisational culture, leadership development, coaching and change management.

Coaching and facilitation skills, evidenced through interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to effectively engage and influence staff and leaders at various levels within and organisation
