    Role
    This position is focused on the New Performing Arts Venue, as we move to the fitout stages of the build. You will need a strong attention to detail, for the high end finishes of this build.

    In this position, you will play an integral role in managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times.

    Requirements

  • 5 years experience, preferably large scale construction projects
  • Extensive previous on-site construction delivery experience
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc)
  • Experience on commercial projects preferred
  • Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
