    We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to manage overseas licenses, ensuring seamless regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Oversee licensing applications, variations, and related reporting requirements for international jurisdictions.
    2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and issues regarding managed licenses.
    3. Support internal and external audits, as well as regulatory reviews, by providing necessary documentation and information.
    4. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
    6. Conduct regular compliance assessments and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    7. Assist in resolving compliance issues, including investigating potential breaches and implementing remedial measures.
    8. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in finance, law, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
    2. A minimum of two years of experience in compliance or legal roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
    3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    4. Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
