    Role Overview
    The Clinical Care Coordinator at Kalyra is vital in delivering and coordinating clinical care and services within the residential care team. The coordinator ensures the delivery of nursing, personal care, and well-being services to residents to enhance their quality of life while adhering to standards, policies, and procedures. Other responsibilities include creating, and maintaining person-centred care plans, conducting regular audits of nursing practices, managing clinical risks, participating in policy review and development, and providing ongoing coaching and professional development to staff.

    Each day brings unique challenges, and your contributions significantly impact and improve the lives of those under our care.

    About the Person
    The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency, confidence in clinical care, and genuine empathy and understanding for our residents. You should also possess experience in clinical coordination, mentoring, and fostering continuous improvement in aged care environments. Your passion lies in promoting well-being and enhancing the quality of life for those in need.

    Apart from this, we ask that you have the following:

    • AHPRA Registration
    • National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
    • NDIS clearance
    • Senior First Aid Certificate
    • 3 x covid vaccinations
    • Influenza 2023 vaccination or 2024 booking
    • Highly developed skills in resident nursing and personal care.
    • Sound leadership and team-building skills
    • Excellent verbal and written skills
    • Reliable vehicle and current drivers license
