You will be joining a market leading ESG focused investment management firm as a Senior Legal Counsel focusing on project finance, based in Brisbane within a fun, growing and flexible legal team.

About the RoleResponsibilities include:
Structure and execute project finance transactions.
Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessment.
Draft and negotiate legal documents.
Provide counsel on financing structures and compliance.
About YouYou have:
Relevant legal qualifications and current practising certificateMinimum 8PQE with experience from a top-tier law firmStrong project finance transaction experienceAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
