- Oversee the day-to-day construction activities at the site
- Manage a team of tradespeople and ensure work is completed to a high standard
- Develop and maintain schedules, budgets and resource plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project runs smoothly
- Ensure quality control and manage any site issues that may arise
- Attend regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in supervising large-scale construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of construction practices and regulations
- Relevant trade qualifications or engineering degree (desirable)
- Ability to pass a police check and drug and alcohol test
