    This role is hands-on and fast-paced, involving juggling multiple tasks. We're looking for someone who's organised, detail-oriented and communicates effectively. You'll be supporting various areas like catalogues, newspaper ads, online content, promotions, reporting, ordering, meetings and managing product samples.

    About you

    • Experience in an administrative role
    • Excellent customer service skills with problem solving ability
    • Highly organised, managing various responsibilities and tasks simultaneously
    • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

    Your new role

    • Maintaining the product database, intranet and online marketplace
    • Liaising with suppliers to coordinate promotional offers, samples, and compliance reports
    • Provide weekly reporting and assist in preparation of product assortment plans / seasonal ranges and forecasting upcoming trends
    • Assist with organising meetings and conferences
    • Regular communication to stores in relation to new product launches, promotions, specials
    • Support all advertising compliance and all evidence to substantiate the accuracy of information
    • Communication with Suppliers and Photographers in relation to ordering of stock, delivery and collection
    • Occasional travel may be required from time to time
