- Conduct product costing analysis to ensure accurate pricing and profitability assessment;
- Coordinate and execute stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies;
- Drive month-end financial close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis;
- Provide valuable business insights through financial analysis, highlighting areas for improvement and growth;
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders, including senior management and department heads;
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in financial processes and systems; and
- Foster strong stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization, collaborating effectively to achieve financial objectives and drive business success.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CA qualification preferred;
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within a manufacturing or similar industry;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- $110,000 - $120,000 plus super;
