- The Directors train and develop their staff and are seeking up and comers to be part of the growth of the company - this is an ideal role for an accomplished Leading Hand or Junior Site Manager to step up and run their own projects.
- You will have the opportunity to run your own project to $4m – you will be running a singular project in either Greensborough or Wantirna
- Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
- Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
- Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
- Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
- A stable track record of employment with a trade grounding in carpentry and experience on commercial projects or high end residential with commercial building elements
- An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Exposure in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore would be benefical
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
- A salary package in the $110k-$130k range with phone, laptop etc provided
- 5 day working week
- Down to earth and friendly environment – there is simply no politics or egos in this company
