    Our client is seeking a Venue Support Officer to join their team for 3 months. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the efficient and effective operations of venues for hire.

    In this role, you will be supporting the development and implementation of appropriate booking and other processes and systems to support access for all venues for hire. You will be required to maintain excellent customer service relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including venue team members, hirers, and contractors to ensure response to customer and community needs and expectations.

    Additionally, you will be undertaking a range of day-to-day and administrative duties to ensure the safe and effective operations of venues for hire.

    The suitable candidate will demonstrate experience in the operation of functions and/or facility management, venue hire and customer service and will also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A current NSW driver's licence is required.
