    Job Overview

    We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative Applied Machine Learning Scientist/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing cutting-edge AI models, specifically large language models (LLMs), to drive meaningful change in the realm of mental health and well-being.

    About the Role

    • Develop and fine-tune open-source LLMs using techniques such as PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA to build proprietary AI models that provide empathetic support to our members.
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of personalisation and recommendation engines to deliver tailored, proactive support.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate research into effective product features.

    Key Qualifications

    • A recent PhD or Postdoctoral experience in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
    • Deep theoretical and practical understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and training dynamics.
    • Hands-on experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs.
