About the Role

We are a highly nimble, fast paced and moving business so this diverse hands on role will require your best multitasking skills. Your focus on the production of financial and management reports and compliances will be front of the queue. Thereafter your attention will move through a broad range of activities requiring your analytical and conceptual skills channelled to efficiency and business improvement to support the wider ChoiceOne business.

Reporting to the General Manager - Corporate Services, this roles will suit a person that thrives working in a role that has multi focal demands on it and is keen to create an impact at the cold face of service delivery. Ideally (but not essential) you will have previous recruitment agency or multiple profit centre experience with a weekly payroll function operating under your control.

This is a full time opportunity - we have much to do - however the uniqueness of this role means we can be flexible about the structure and hours for the right person.

Depending on the structure of your working availability we envisage your week will be made up of Financial management (40%), Efficiencies and Improvements (30%)
, General/CEO/Facilities and ancillary (30%)

The role requires reliance on;

• Your strong technical knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting regulations (Completion of CA or CPA qualifications highly regarded)
• Your delivery focussed demeanour, partnered with your strong business, data and technology skills
• Your amazing analytical and problem solving skills
• Your calmness in the operational battlefield but with your sense of humour resonating
• Your resilience, enthusiastic outlook, ability to work autonomously and reliability to deliver on deadlines.
• Your highly effective communication skills and the desire to work alongside our Managers, Team Leaders and wider teams.
