Job summary

We are seeking a proactive and confident Team Assistant to support our Corporate Finance team. This role is part-time, three days per week.

Responsibilities

* Provide high level administration support to the Partner and broader team* Conducting relevant conflict checks and setting up new clients in our system* Managing the monthly billing process* Overseeing Partner's diary and coordinating internal and external meetings for the team* Undertaking basic research tasks for the team including ASIC searches through to market intel using Google etc
