ROLE OVERVIEW

We have anexciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team inShepparton.

We are lookingfor an enthusiastic BDM to make their mark and go out on the road spending mostof their days prospecting for new business. Building relationships is a key componentfor this role and would suit a true "hunter" work ethic. You need to be highly skilled andcomfortable with prospecting and cold calling.

KEY DELIVERABLES

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow theterritory.
• Conduct research and planned prospecting for newclients.
• Present solution-based outcomes in the form of awritten proposals, quotes, and responding to tenders to clients.
• Complete accurate measures/estimate of theproject to be quoted.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & PREFERENCES

• Experience in a solution selling industry/business.
• Previous experience in the painting, facilitiesmaintenance, building or construction industry is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in growing revenue with existing clients, aswell as establishing new customers.
• Experience in using a CRM to enter/access sales data toassist your success.
