    The Position

    Reporting into a Project Manager and working across 1-2 projects you will be providing support in the following areas:
    • Liaising with all trades and suppliers
    • Liaising with Client/Project Superintendent
    • Attending meetings with Clients/Project Superintendent / subbies onsite
    • Cost management of trades through construction process
    • Cost control and head contract administration.
    • General administrative duties
    • Document control
    • Processing and review of invoices/progress claims

    Background / Skillset

    • Construction Management or related degree
    • Highly developed skills in the control of project financials and construction procurement
    • Experience administering head contracts and resolving contractual matters with clients
    • Ideally looking for someone from a tier two background
    • In depth understanding of corporate values, policies and procedures.
    • Possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills
    • Strong Pre-Construction experience including lead generation, cultivation, tendering, tender interviewing

    Salary will in line with experience however you can expect figures between $140K – 160K
