    Located in Denham Court in Sydney's Southwest, Bolton Clarke Willowdale is a newly built Residential Aged Care home, that offers 136 bedrooms with a variety of accommodation options for residents.

    Built over 2 levels, this premium home will include resident communal spaces such as lounges and dining areas, cinema, gym, café, salon and function room.

    About the Opportunity

    We are seeking multiple Assistants in Nursing to join our Willowdale team, on a permanent part time basis.

    Reporting to our Registered Nurses, our AINs are responsible for providing quality care and recreational activities to our beloved residents.

    Your duties will include, but not limited to:

    • Responsible for providing care provision in accordance with residents individualised assessed care needs.
    • Ensure resident care is within accordance to resident individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager.
    • Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or Care
    • Complete all activities relating to Residents Care documentation Plans
    • Timely notification of changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care Manager
    • Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and as per Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee.

    The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:

    • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care
    • Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care desirable
    • Immunisation record - COVID, including booster mandatory
    • Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work
    • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
    • Strong passion for working with the elderly

    The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check and provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination.
