Digital Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master

Talenza are currently recruiting for a financial services/Fintech organisation who are seeking a Digital Agile Delivery Lead /Scrum Master for a new digital program of work. This person will focus on enhancing and leading the delivery with the technical delivery strategy in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, ensuring multiple teams are aligned with project goals and timelines, at times choosing an assertive communicative approach.
• Plan and coordinate project activities and resources to deliver the required outcome within budget and timeframes
• Leverage your strong background in Digital to guide and support teams on the project.
• Collaborate closely with our supply partner and key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient program delivery.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with stakeholder requirements across design, build, and testing phases.
• Implement essential User Experience solutions to ensure best in class CX.
• Manage stakeholder relationships seamlessly, tackling challenges head-on with your exceptional communication skills.
• Project planning and Program increment planning that creates a shared vision among Agile teams.
• Foster a collaborative and communicative environment where cross-functional teams work seamlessly to ensure successful digital product developement initiatives.
• Successfully orchestrate solutions and foster accountability across teams within a hybrid/agile environment and with multiple key vendors
• Showcase exceptional written and verbal communication skills when interacting with individuals
• Evidence self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to continuous improvement for both personal development and team enhancement.

Essential

• 5+ years' experience leading and delivering project teams in a delivery lead/ PM Capacity
• 3+ years' experience working in a complex organisations
• Extensive digital project experience: Proven track record in successfully managing digital projects including Web, App, development of digital products etc. (Preferably within the financial industry.)
• Scrum Master Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Firm leadership abilities to inspire and lead teams to achieve project objectives.
• Financial services experience preferred but not essential (if not FS then reputable prand client experience)
