    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our team at Prouds Jewellers Arndale. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

    The successful candidate will have strong sales skills, be able to work productively as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities

    The key responsibilities of this role include:

    • Creating professional and personalized service for customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
    • Achieving set sales targets and KPIs
    • Completing in-house training to keep up to date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures
    • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
