- Demonstrate previous experience in the employment services, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre industry or similar will be highly regarded.

The role of Employment Coach will require you to work with a caseload of customers with the objective of finding them employment. You will focus on assisting your customers to improve their capacity to find meaningful sustainable work..
The role will also include undertaking marketing of customers to suitable employers and running of group based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job opportunities for customers.
About You

We have full time, ongoing opportunities based at our Geraldton Site.
You'll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice. Remuneration
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
