About the Role

We are seeking a vibrant and hard-working Wait Staff member to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming presence at our venue entrance.
• Greet and check in guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Assist with function setup and table layouts.
• Coordinate bookings across the venue.
• Encourage extra customers by promoting our menu offerings.
• Drive engagement with our internal loyalty program.
• Liaise with management and staff as needed.
• Foster repeat business by creating lasting impressions from guest arrival to departure.
• Address guest feedback and resolve any issues.
• Support waiters/waitresses when required.
• Take phone calls, bookings, and provide information about our brand.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as a Waitress/Waiter/Bartender is desirable but not essential.
• A fun and engaging customer-oriented approach, alongside excellent service standards.
• Enthusiasm and a collaborative mindset when working in a team.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
