- Establish, manage, and implement brand, marketing, and communications strategies for both internal and external channels.
- Own all aspects of marketing including execution of BTL and ATL marketing plans and tasks, project delivery, performance tracking etc.
- Development and creation of marketing collateral including, internal documentation, promotional materials for campaigns and recruitment marketing, including advertisements, brochures, website content, and capability statements.
- Management of internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to, senior management, media suppliers, graphic designers, and digital agencies.
- Prepare and present business cases as required to gain approvals for marketing initiatives.
- Formulating and managing marketing budget and reporting.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing strategic marketing activities to achieve business objectives.
- Effective management of third-party organisations to coordinate and deliver collaborative marketing campaigns and initiatives through content, events, partnerships.
- Assertive and confident senior Marketer with strong experience and capability in managing and influencing senior stakeholders through collaboration.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to write internal and external focused copy and content.
- A high level of organisational competency, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- A depth of experience in market analysis including preparation of market profiles, category performance, trends and opportunities, competitor and customer profiles and market segmentation.
