- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing and implementing MS Dynamics CRM/365 solutions
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE Modules such as sales, marketing, or customer service
- Proficient in customization and configuration of MS Dynamics CRM/365
- Experience in developing and implementing applications on Power Platform and PowerApps
- Strong knowledge of .NET development, JavaScript, C#, and SQL Server
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred
